What is SVM?

Survey Vendor Management [SVM] is a national provider of residential land surveying services for the title insurance and mortgage lending industries.

Land surveys are required to transfer title in several states and are a necessary component in the real estate transaction.

SVM gives our customers the ability to place and procure land surveying services on a national basis through our SurveyTrack technology.

This technology will also allow our users to track and retrieve surveying services in real time as well as archive past survey products in a secure database.

how does it work?

Survey Vendor Management consists of both brick and mortar survey locations and a network of land surveying firms across the United States. SVM uses a proprietary, web-based technology customized to the land surveyor and the title insurer to procure, coordinate and deliver land surveying products electronically.

SVM's network of land surveyors is comprised of the leading providers of residential surveying services in their respective regional areas. Each network surveyor must pass a rigorous screening process to become a qualified network member.

SVM maintains strict service standards through our tracking software to ensure timely delivery of surveying products to our customers. Further SVM surveyors must carry appropriate insurances and have the technological capacity to interact with our system.
